These Zucchini sticks are a hit!  Not only are they delicious but they are healthy - so eat as many as you want, they're guilt free!!
I always like to begin cooking with my recipe in hand and my ingredients on the table, then the conquering of the kitchen begins!! 
Ingredients:
- 1 Zucchini
- 1.5 cups Panko Crumbs
- .25 cups Shredded Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 Tbs Salt


To begin making your yummy snack, start by cutting your zucchini into strips. 
Next, sprinkle the salt over the strips to rid some of the water from within the zucchini.  Let that sit for at least 10 minutes.  Condensation will start to form on the outside of the veggie.  After the 10 or more minutes have passed wipe off the salt from the zucchini.  

Now you should turn on your oven and heat it to 375.  While your oven is heating mix your Panko crumbs and the parmesan or mozzarella cheese in a bowl.  In a separate bowl beat your egg.  You'll dip your zucchini stick into the egg and then dip it into the Panko crumbs and cheese then place it on a cookie sheet.  My tip is to use one hand for egg only and then the other hand to only dip in the crumbs and to place it on the pan.  
By now hopefully your oven is at 375, bake for 15 minutes and then rotate your zucchini sticks and continue to bake for about another 15 minutes or until they are golden brown! 

Woa-la they're finished! Enjoy your new healthy snack!
